As a friend of mine put it very eloquently, JC life rocks, but the studying has got to go. Sadly, the studying won't go; that's why we have to fight on.
Now, again, more updates:
1. We all have to get back in VJ by 8.30 next Monday, for half a day of hard-core GP, Lit. and Math. Be prepared.
2. Chinese Students: make sure you guys complete any backlogged/holiday homework. We also have a test on the Friday right after September holidays.
3. Lit. Students: Read "Story of an Hour" in the Women in Lit. Reader and answer Ms Sandhya's question of "Identify the multiple layers of irony and plot twist; how do these further the text's concerns?"
4. Keep it up with those Math tutorials.
5. Geogers: Ms Suriani wants to see two case studies of floods from each group: one of an LDC and one of a DC with all the relevant details and stuff...
6. TSD'ers: I have no idea what you guys have. Check with Adeeb?
7. Econ.s: I have no idea either. Sorry...
That's about all for today. This is a time of great stress for all of us. Remember, as MJ said, you are not alone; there are 19 of us backing you up. There's bound to be someone to talk to, we are all a phone call or click away. Your life is your fight; but that doesn't mean you can't call for help.
There I go again; needlessly gushing on the class blog. Anyway, thanks for reading this; at least our class blog isn't dying that fast. Hope everyone has a good week of R&R ahead, happy belated to Louise and let's give the promos a fight it'll never forget. Nothing stops 09A15; we stop everything else...
